Welcome to the Million Ideas Movement ("Million Ideas", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Million Ideas Movement website, services, applications and community (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

1. About Million Ideas

The Million Ideas Movement is a global community dedicated to encouraging creativity, innovation and collaboration by providing individuals with the opportunity to share ideas and participate in a worldwide movement focused on positive impact.

The Million Ideas Innovation Fund operates independently to review eligible companies for potential grants and investment opportunities.

Participation in the Movement does not guarantee eligibility for any grant, investment or funding opportunity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or submit ideas without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any login credentials.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Idea Submissions

You retain ownership of any ideas, content or materials you submit.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Million Ideas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, publish, reproduce, distribute and promote your submission solely for the operation, promotion and development of the Million Ideas Movement.

You confirm that:

you have the right to submit the content;
your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party;
your submission does not contain unlawful or misleading material.

You should not submit confidential information, trade secrets or proprietary business information unless you are comfortable making such information available.

Submitting an idea does not create any intellectual property protection.

You remain responsible for protecting your own intellectual property where appropriate.

5. Community Standards

Users agree not to submit content that is:

unlawful;
defamatory;
fraudulent;
misleading;
hateful;
discriminatory;
threatening;
abusive;
sexually explicit;
violent;
spam;
malicious code or software.

Million Ideas reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Platform content, branding, graphics, logos, software, website design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Million Ideas and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission.

7. Funding Disclaimer

The Million Ideas Movement is not a guarantee of funding.

Participation does not guarantee:

grants;
investment;
introductions;
partnerships;
commercial success.

The Million Ideas Innovation Fund independently evaluates eligible companies according to its own review process.

Investment decisions are made solely at the discretion of the Fund.

8. No Investment Advice

Nothing published on this Platform constitutes:

financial advice;
investment advice;
legal advice;
tax advice;
accounting advice.

Users should seek independent professional advice before making business or investment decisions.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to third-party websites, products or services.

Million Ideas is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Use Agreement.

11. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability
